Choose from 29 rooms, all different shapes sizes and colours! Just as you would expect in buildings older than your Grand Parents!

However, every bedroom has:
- Remote control TV
- Refreshment Tray
- En Suite bathroom
- Great Views
- "Comfy as heck" beds
- Local Information folder
- Deluxe Scottish toiltries
- Hairdryer
- Carpet - okay we are being silly now!

Some rooms have shower, some have bath and some have both - if you have a preference, why not mention it on booking, and let us try our best to fix that for you.

We truly believe that your bedroom should be a bit of a home from home and as such our rooms are welcoming and relaxing (no dirty sock on the floor though!)

As far as decor is concerned, sorry, there are no two the same! But I suppose an attenpt in an attempt to describe them I could say, they are all simply and tastefully decorated, mostly in a comtemporary style, no colour fights!

Oh and to keep our rooms fresh, the entire hotel is non-smoking.

If you are not great on your pins (or just a wee bit lazy!), ask for one of our ground floor rooms.

We also have single rooms (a rarity in Pitlochry)

We have no fully disabled rooms, but can give you advice on what we can offer.
