We had a fantastic Training session on dessert presentation on Monday night (9th November) and here are some of our new offerings!

We have just taken on the services of Graeme Maxwell a 2 michelin star pastry chef. Graeme has worked with Gordon Ramsay and at the fabulous Gidleigh Park in Devon..... so experience he lacketh not!!!
